Refund policy
We have a NO REFUND, ONLY EXCHANGE within 3 business days after receipt of merchandise.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at katfortall@gmail.com for instructions. Please note, all exchanges will be on you for shipping and receiving. Please be sure to contact us as stated on the exchange before sending your item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange via email instructions will not be accepted and at your own risk. Please allow up to 14 business days for receipt of your exchange item(s) to be shipped to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
